What the download form collects

When you ask for a plugin we get your email address, the platform you picked, the time, and which page you asked from. Your IP address is counted for ten minutes so one person cannot flood the form. It is not stored.

Why

The address is used once, to send you the download link. If you ticked "Hear about new plugins", the address goes on a list together with the time you ticked it, the words next to the box and the platform. We write when a new plugin is out, nothing else. Every such email says how to stop them, and a reply works too.

Who handles it

Resend (US) sends the email and keeps the delivery log and the list. Vercel (US) hosts the site and keeps the usual server logs for a short time. PostHog (US) counts visits, demo plays and form sends; it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and never receives your email address. Your IP address reaches these three because that is how a request is delivered.

How long

We keep no list of who downloaded. The delivery log at Resend holds the address until it ages out of the log. If you ticked the box, you stay on the list until you leave it or ask us to remove you.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to cookie@audioprogrammers.com. We answer from the same address.
